One day last week when the weather was warm, we went outside to clean up our yard. As we were clearing a pile of leaves that had collected around our landscape area in the side yard, I noticed a pile of fur. And under the fur were about 5 or 6 bunnies! I had never seen that in our yard before, and the boys had never seen baby bunnies before. They were so excited.

So cool. Did you cover them back up? I want to come see them. What a special experience for the boys. If our neighborhood birds decide to move in to the nest above our door, I'll get you guys over to see the eggs and hatchlings. We were able to watch it the year before last. Last year I ticked off the momma bird when she was "rearranging" the nest for move in day.... she never came back. I was so bummed. Hopefully some one will show up this year.
