Actually, the kids did a pretty good job of playing upstairs so that the adults could talk in peace. We had a great time. This was probably the last ethnic dinner night with the Christensens. Boo hoo.

The kids made their own home-made ice cream thanks to Jamie's recipe. It's really easy and yummy.

Um excuse me, but where is the mention of the Oxford/Lopez family?? I believe we were present and accounted for. I'm so hurt.
That zucchini parmesan was so yummy! You have to post the recipe. (and I promise I will post the ice cream recipe)
